the jacuzzi-bathtub was crazily complicated, and a manual would have been nice. also, there was an annoying outside noise that kept me awake all night. i nearly gave it a decent review, but seriously, i was hoping for an upgrade or at least some complimentary snacks for those inconveniences. i guess that's asking too much.

Oh my gosh, the location was, like, totally awesome! Right next to this super cute park, and the staff were, like, so friendly—felt like I was hanging out with friends. The breakfast on the patio was, like, perf for sunny mornings. Just wish the sink in the room didn't leak, though!

The staff was exceptionally friendly and really went out of their way to assist. The breakfast was quite tasty (eggs and coffee were good! ), and the restaurant offered delightful Italian cuisine. The location is fantastic, with easy access to vibrant dining and parks.

There was a persistent outside noise that was a bit bothersome at night and the jacuzzi-bathtub was confusing to operate.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Virrey Park. The staff was exceptionally kind and attentive, especially when they helped me with my luggage. The location was perfect, right across from the lovely Virrey Park, and the breakfast on the patio was an absolute delight.

The photos on the website show a completely different hotel!!! Shoddy maintenance with broken towel holders, shower doors that don’t close, and a noisy atmosphere from slamming doors!!! Fix the Wi-Fi issues too!!!

The staff was attentive and friendly throughout my stay. I appreciated the cleanliness of the Standard Double Room, which had a pleasant look. The location offered easy access to nearby attractions, enhancing my overall experience. Enjoyed the lively atmosphere from nearby live music, which added to the charm of the stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here, especially the cozy lounge area perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring and the calming outdoor terrace where I could sip coffee. The hotel had a nice little garden for relaxation and a charming rooftop spot to catch some sun. While the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times, it didn’t put a damper on my overall positive experience.

the staff at virrey park were incredibly helpful and attentive! they even set up a table and chair in my room for my work. the location is lively, with plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, making it easy to explore the area.

Live music nearby atmosphere

It's a decent option for short visits in Bogotá with good price-quality ratio. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our late check-in. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast, it’s quite basic.

Great location, super spacious rooms, and the views were stunning. We had fun at the park nearby, and the food was delicious!

The Standard Double Room was decent for the price, but pretty basic. No air conditioning or heating, which made it hard to get comfy. You can hear everything from the hallway and neighbors. The view was nice from the 5th floor, though, looking over the park. Liked that it was clean, but had issues like a broken reading lamp. The bathroom sink leaked a lot, which was annoying. If they keep the noise down and fix the little things, it could be better.
